old age is full of death and full of life

It is 1:08 PM Monday afternoon here in Western Michigan. It is a warm cloudy damp day. There is some sunlight also this afternoon.

I got up this morning around 7 o'clock AM. I got up made a fresh pot of coffee and then messed with our main computer. Carol and I had eggs and toast for breakfast. After breakfast I wrote in my diary and we had morning devotions.

Late this morning I mowed the lawn front and back. I cleaned up after mowing the lawn and have been basically sitting feeling wasted. Carol made spaghetti for lunch. Now I am writing in my online diaries. I really have not read anything this morning or this afternoon. Last night I basically read all evening from a book I have read off and on before titled, "The View In Winter: Reflections On Old Age" by Ronald Blythe.

This afternoon I might go down into the lower level and lay down and sleep/take a nap. Right now Carol is cleaning the kitchen. We were going to shampoo our carpet but it is too damp/humid.

I will close to feel wasted/drained of all life energy.
