we can never love God too much

It is 3:09 PM Friday afternoon here in West Michigan. I am very tired but I will write something because that is what I do each day. What is important is to be real no matter what. Why put on a mask and be someone you're not?

Carol and I both got up this morning around 7 o'clock AM. When I got up I made a fresh pot of coffee and then made a pot of oatmeal. I ate my oatmeal messing with our main computer. After messing with our main computer I wrote in my paper diary and then did nothing till it was time for me to leave for the Book Nook.

The Book Nook was normal today, when not helping people with their purchases I read from a book titled, 'Strange Bedfellows: The First American Avant-Garde' by Steven Watson. I brought home from the Book Nook these used books to add to our book collection-

'Bangkok 8' crime fiction by John Burdett

'Bangkok Tattoo' crime fiction by John Burdett

'The Irregulars: Roald Dahl And The British Spy Ring In Wartime Washington' by Jennet Conant

'Wuthering Heights' a novel by Emily Bronte

After volunteering at the Book Nook I visited Goodwill before picking up some stuff at Family Fare grocery store. At Goodwill I found these used books to add to our library-

'Meister Eckhart: Selected Writings' Penguin Classics

'The Unusable Past: Theory & The Study Of American Literature' by Russell Reising

'What AM I Doing Here' writings by Bruce Chatwin

This afternoon UPS delivered one of the books I bought with my Amazon Gift card, 'Parisian Lives: Samuel Beckett, Simone De Beauvoir And Me' A Memoir by Deirdre Bair.

This evening we are having over for dinner Caleb, Emily, Josie, Cora and Ollie. Well I suppose I will close for the day. I am tired. We are watching today college bowl games.
