the immanent Trinity is manifest in the divine economy

It is 2:32 PM Monday afternoon and it is cold. Where is Spring? We had a lot of cold, gray, and rainy days lately. It is hard to believe Spring will soon come to a close and we will be in the Summer Season once again.

Today I volunteered at the local library used books store The Book Nook. When I got home Carol had just gotten home from having coffee with one of her cousins. I cooked a meal for lunch and then ate it. After eating lunch I cleaned the kitchen and now I am writing in my online diaries. Carol went to bed, because she works tonight.

I have no plans for the rest of the day. I am extremely tired so I will close to drift.

At the Book Nook there was no business so I mainly wandered the bookstore and read from a book titled, 'The Beauty of The Lord-Theology As Aesthetics' by Jonathan King Foreword by Kevin J. VanHoozer. I brought home from the Book Nook these two old used books to add to our Family Library-

'The Colonel: The Life and Legend of Robert R. McCormick Indomitable editor of the Chicago Tribune' biography by Richard Norton Smith

'A Gentleman In Moscow' a novel by Amor Towles

Last night I read till bedtime from a book titled, 'The Bookshop of the World: Making and Trading Books in the Dutch Golden Age' by Andrew Pettergree & Arhur der Weduwen.

I am not sure what I will read this afternoon since I am completely blown away! I need to sleep.

I, too, am wondering where Spring is. It is just so....dark and rainy.

That's so cool that you volunteer at a book place! What do you do there?

I have been volunteering at our local library used bookstore for 10 years (Herrick District Public Library). What do I do when I am at the Book Nook? I have to open the store by 10 o'clock AM (the Book Nook is usually opened from 10 o'clock AM till 5 o'clock PM). The Book Nook sells used Adult books, used magazines, Children's used books, YA used books, used DVD's, used CD's and books on CD. We also sell some office supplies. When I am at the Book Nook I wait for people to come in to purchase a used item. Used Adult books go hardback $2.00 newer Adult Books can go for more. Paperbacks usually go for a dollar to a dollar and fifty cents. CD's are $1.50 and also DVD's $1.50. When people buy something I place the money into an envelope with my name, hours 10-1, date and how much money was gathered during my shift. At 1 o'clock PM another volunteer comes and takes my place. It is all very simple. Most libraries around here sell used books.
We have once a year a Friends of the Library used books sale which takes place this year in July 2019-I help at this used books sales/help set up and help take down/I usually buy a lot of used books at these yearly used books sales.
