plane flight canceled

Late this afternoon Carol called me from Seattle Wash., her flight to Denver was canceled due to all the planes being grounded due to safety concerns. So she finally around 4 o'clock AM in the morning got booked a plane for Denver this coming Saturday morning. So Carol will spend two more days with Josiah, Hannah, and Marika Rose.

Since coming home from visiting thrift store this morning I have basically done nothing. I told Carol over the phone this afternoon since she has been gone I have turned myself off. I try to not dwell on my wife being away for two weeks. There is nothing I can do to bring her home, so I try to just not dwell on being alone for such a long period of time.

I have been reading all day the novel 'Merry Men' by Carolyn Chute. There is nothing else to report this evening. I plan to go to bed early tonight. Tomorrow morning I once again volunteer at the local library used books store The Book Nook from 10 o'clock AM till 1 o'clock PM. Time will go by.

I will close to wait it out.
