This afternoon there is at time spots of sunshine shooting down from the cold cloudy sky. It has been a typical Monday thus far. I got up this morning around 6:10 AM. Carol and I went grocery shopping early this morning. I volunteered at the Book Nook today from 10 o'clock AM till 1 o'clock PM. After the Book Nook I came home, ate lunch and wrote in my paper diary. Carol went to bed to sleep because she goes back to work tonight. Existence keeps speeding by!
I do not know what I will do this afternoon to keep myself awake? I brought home from the Book Nook these used books to add to our library-
'James Joyce's Ulysses' Edited and with an Introduction by Harold Bloom [Modern Critical Interpretations]
'Them: A Memoir of Parents' by Francine Du Plessix Gray
'The Double Bond: Primo Levi A Biography' by Carole Angier
At the Book Nook when not falling asleep I read for fun from a book titled, 'Human Nature from Calvin to Edwards' by Paul Helm.
So existence keeps zooming by! Last night I recall watching professional football, messing with our main computer and reading 'Human Nature from Calvin to Edwards' by Paul Helm. Carol went to bed early and I went to bed around 11 o'clock PM.
Well I suppose I will close to sit and have a cup of tea.
