exhaustedCarol got home yesterday around 4:20 PM. Last night we talked and went to bed around 10:50 PM. We got up early this morning to go grocery shopping. When we got home from grocery shopping it was around 8:30 AM.
Emily dropped off Josie and Cora around 9 o'clock AM. We watched the girls while Emily went to a doctor's appointment.
This morning Carol cooked and baked while we watched Cora and Josie. I did not sleep soundly last night so I was in a fog as I played with Cora and Josie. Josie helped Noni make chex-mix. Emily picked up the girls up around 11 o'clock AM.
I worked outside raking leaves and then came in the hermit hut to clean up and have lunch. After lunch I wrote in my paper diary and have been reading off and on today from a book titled, 'Psalms 1-72' Old Testament VII Reformation Commentary On Scripture.
Yesterday afternoon I received in the mail these two new books-
'Psalms 73-150' Old Testament VIII Reformation Commentary On Scripture Edited By Herman J. Selderhuis
'Don't Save Anything: Uncollected Essays, Articles, And Profiles' by James Salter With A Preface By Kay Eldredge Salter
Carol left to do errands a few minutes ago. I plan to go back to reading the book 'Psalms 1-72' Old Testament VII Reformation Commentary On Scripture.
