I got up this morning around 6:05 AM to find my wife up reading her Bible with her sunlamp shining on her. I made for breakfast a pot of oatmeal and a fresh pot of coffee. I ate my oatmeal messing with our main computer. After messing with our main computer I took photos of my February 2018 diary and then wrote some stuff in my paper diary.
Carol and I went grocery shopping early this morning and when we got back we put away stuff. I left the house around 9:50 AM to visit local thrift stores in search of good books to add to our library. I found these used books this morning-
'A Thousand Days: John Kennedy in the White House' biography/American history by Arthur M. Schlesinger Jr.
'Subtle is the Lord...' The Science and the Life of Albert Einstein' biography/history of science by Abraham Pais
'Orphans Of The Cold War: America And The Tibetan Struggle For Survival' by John Kenneth Knaus
'Jane Addams: Spirit In Action' biography by Louise W. Knight
After visiting local thrift stores I came home and ate lunch. Carol was gone out doing errands when I got home. I ate lunch and cataloged the used books I got this morning into my LibraryThing site.
So Time has gone by. I am tired this afternoon, because I slept poorly last night. Last night I watched a taped television show with my wife and read late into the night from a book titled, 'the Tragedy of Lyndon Johnson' memoir by Eric F. Goldman.
Well since I am fading fast I will close to drift and look at a book titled, 'Lyndon Johnson And The American Dream' biography by Doris Kearns Goodwin.
