a sensational rediscovery for modernist critics

It is in the wind howl flow 10:59 AM Wednesday morning. Winter has come upon us with vengeance! I am cold and long for the warm rays of the sun.

Carol just went to bed for the day since she works tonight. I have been reading from a book titled, "Partisans: Marriage, Politics, And Betrayal Among The New York Intellectuals" by David Laskin. I also have read this morning from these two books, "The Money Cult: Capitalism, Christianity, And The Unmasking Of The American Dream" by Chris Lehmann and "Browsings" A Year Of Reading, Collecting, And Living With Books" by Michael Dirda.

I have been up facing the winter blast since 6:44 AM. Carol had been up since 3:30 AM making stuff to eat.

I have spent the morning reading my books and listening to the winter storm blowing outside. Not much else to report.

Last night I read from a book titled,"Nabokov In America: On The Road To Lolita" biography by Robert Roper and watched television with my wife. Carol and I went to bed around 11:05 PM.

I have no plans for the day ahead of me. I will sit and wait out the savage winter storm in the comfort of my cell.
