God's being is made manifest in Christ

It is 9:37 AM Thursday morning in the cosmic death flow. It is a humid, sticky, damp gray day. A good day to dig a grave in a swamp.

I got up this morning around 6:34 AM. I woke up after having a dream about D. H. Lawrence the writer. When I got up I found my wife reading in the living room. I got a glass of ice water and sat in the dining room waking up to another day in the American Dream. Finally I roused myself and got a cup of coffee and messed with our main computer. In the mornings on the computer I first check LiveJournal and then the News. I then check for e-mail and then check for new videos on YouTube from folks I subscribe to. I then read music reviews and then I decided to do something else. I made oatmeal for breakfast and then wrote in my paper diary. I read this morning the Holy Bible and from a book titled, "God has Spoken in his Son: A biblical theology of Hebrews" by Peter O'Brien [New Studies In Biblical Theology].

Carol just left to do stuff in the fallen world. I closed up my cell and turned on the A/C to cool the tomb down. I do not like wandering a hot cell. It is a blessing to have a cool dark cell to contemplate God in as the world screams in adoration at Donald Trump and the Middle East races towards Armageddon.

Maybe North Korea will start World War III this week.

Last night I sat and did nothing and then I decided to read some more of the novel, "Mickelsson's Ghosts" before going to bed my usual time. I slept poorly so right now I feel like closing my eyes.

Well, not much else to report so I will close to drift. I have been adrift my whole life and yet my life is right on course. Weird.

"[1] God, who at sundry times and in divers manners spake in time past unto the fathers by the prophets,
[2] Hath in these last days spoken unto us by his Son, whom he hath appointed heir of all things, by whom also he made the worlds;
[3] Who being the brightness of his glory, and the express image of his person, and upholding all things by the word of his power, when he had by himself purged our sins, sat down on the right hand of the Majesty on high;
[4] Being made so much better than the angels, as he hath by inheritance obtained a more excellent name than they.
[5] For unto which of the angels said he at any time, Thou art my Son, this day have I begotten thee? And again, I will be to him a Father, and he shall be to me a Son?
[6] And again, when he bringeth in the firstbegotten into the world, he saith, And let all the angels of God worship him." Hebrews 1:1-6
