I am down in the lower level of our home putting the used old books my friend Tim gave me yesterday. For example Tim gave me the novel "Virgin Soil" by Ivan Turgenev and I put this book with the other books I have by Turgenev-
"Father And Sons" a novel by Ivan Turgenev
"A Sportsman's Notebook" by Ivan Turgenev
"Smoke" a novel by Ivan Turgenev
"On The Eve" a novel by Ivan Turgenev
"Virgin Soil" a novel by Ivan Turgenev
I have in our library a biography on Turgenev titled, "The Gentile Barbarian: The Life And Work Of Turgenev" by V.S. Pritchett.
So this day went by normal for me. I wrote in my paper diary, read my books, and watched birds by our bird feeder.
Carol has gone to work and I am now down in the lower messing with my books.
Tomorrow I once again volunteer at the Herrick District Public Library used books store from 10 AM till 1 PM afternoon.
Well I will close to go back up to the first floor and read some more. Existence keeps speeding towards the Last Day.
" And spared not the old world, but saved Noah the eighth person, a preacher of righteousness, bringing in the flood upon the world of the ungodly;
 And turning the cities of Sodom and Gomorrha into ashes condemned them with an overthrow, making them an ensample unto those that after should live ungodly;
 And delivered just Lot, vexed with the filthy conversation of the wicked:
 (For that righteous man dwelling among them, in seeing and hearing, vexed his righteous soul from day to day with their unlawful deeds;)
 The Lord knoweth how to deliver the godly out of temptations, and to reserve the unjust unto the day of judgment to be punished" 2 Peter 2:5-9
