the fall of Satan

It is in the death flow 9:52 AM Friday morning. A cold winter day here by Lake Michigan. It is not a good day to go sun bathing.

I got up this morning around 5:30 AM. I got up early because we went to bed early last night.

When I got up I found my wife watching News on our television set. I ate breakfast and then messed with our main computer. After messing with our main computer my wife and I went grocery shopping.

So has gone my morning thus far. After putting away the groceries I wrote in my paper diary and now I am writing in my online diaries. My wife is out doing errands now. I am tired and really have nothing to write. I am out of it these days.

All I have attempted to read today is the book, "True Christianity" by Johann Arndt [The Classics of Western Spirituality]. Carol works tonight so she will sleep this afternoon. I do not plan to go anywhere today. I feel like just sitting in silence staring into nothingness right now.

Last night before going to bed we watched two taped television shows. I am not into TV, but tape shows Carol likes to watch when she is not working. Today is my wife's birthday. My wife and I are growing old together. We have been married going on 37 years. Our lives are zooming by! We will soon be in heaven celebrating the Marriage Supper of the Lamb.

I will close to feel wasted. Maybe as the day goes by I will feel more alive.

"[1] And after these things I heard a great voice of much people in heaven, saying, Alleluia; Salvation, and glory, and honour, and power, unto the Lord our God:
[2] For true and righteous are his judgments: for he hath judged the great whore, which did corrupt the earth with her fornication, and hath avenged the blood of his servants at her hand.
[3] And again they said, Alleluia. And her smoke rose up for ever and ever.
[4] And the four and twenty elders and the four beasts fell down and worshipped God that sat on the throne, saying, Amen; Alleluia.
[5] And a voice came out of the throne, saying, Praise our God, all ye his servants, and ye that fear him, both small and great.
[6] And I heard as it were the voice of a great multitude, and as the voice of many waters, and as the voice of mighty thunderings, saying, Alleluia: for the Lord God omnipotent reigneth.
[7] Let us be glad and rejoice, and give honour to him: for the marriage of the Lamb is come, and his wife hath made herself ready.
[8] And to her was granted that she should be arrayed in fine linen, clean and white: for the fine linen is the righteousness of saints.
[9] And he saith unto me, Write, Blessed are they which are called unto the marriage supper of the Lamb. And he saith unto me, These are the true sayings of God." Rev. 19:1-9
