totally exposed to the Light

It is in the flow of life 6:20 PM Wednesday evening. I am down in the lower level writing on one of our lap top computers. I sure wish I had a lap top computer when I was in college and seminary! It is a material blessing having a three computers. But I am not too sure the world is a better place because of computers. Maybe we are all drowning in useless information due to computers-the internet. Some say the internet has changed our conception of reality. Reality is being processed and being changed by going through the internet.

I had a normal day. I did go back to bed this morning around 11 o'clock AM and got up around 12:45 PM. I felt better having that late morning nap. I spent the day reading my books and writing in my paper diary. I did not go out into the world. "Do not love the world or the things in the world. If anyone loves the world, the love of the Father is not in him. For all that is in the world-the lust of the flesh, the lust of the eyes, and the pride of life-is not of the Father but is of the world. And the world is passing away, and the lust of it; but he who does the will of God abides forever" First John 2:15-17.

I received in the mail this afternoon a book I had ordered titled, "Alone With God" by Dom Jean Leclercq. I have been reading this book since I got in the mail this afternoon. In my last book collecting video I mentioned this book by Jean Leclercq "The Love Of Learning And The Desire For God: A Study of Monastic Culture". I also have this book by Leclercq "Bernard Of Clairvaux and the Cistercian Spirit".

There is not else to report this evening. Tomorrow is a Thursday. Time keeps flying by!
