I came home after Goodwin to eat lunch and put away food supplies. While I was out wandering the Wasteland I got a call from my wife, so I called her back. After lunch I left the house again to get bird seed/black oiled sunflower seeds for our birds and to visit some more thrift stores in search of used books. I found these used books at other thrift stores today-
"Libra" a novel by Don Delillo
"How It All Began" a novel by Penelope Lively
"Bay Of Tigers: An African Odyssey" travel memoir by Pedro Rosa Mendes
"Dangerous Ambition: Rebecca West And Dorothy Thompson New Women in Search of Love and Power" biography by Susan Hertog
"A Sportman's Notebook" (Everyman's Library) by Ivan Turgenev
In the mail this afternoon I received a book I had ordered titled, "William Gaddis" literary study by Steven Moore.
I could write more but I am too tired so I will close to rest.
I do want to mention something I saw this morning while driving around. I was driving past a cemetery and noticed a older man kneeing before a grave talking. I believe the old fellow was talking to the person who had died/maybe his wife? It was a sad sight.
