introversion the only heroism

The day has gone by. It will soon be night time. In a blink of an eye it will be another day. I can not stop the passing of time. All I can do is bow my knees in obedience to the sovereign will of God Almighty. "Our Father in heaven, hallowed be Your name. Your kingdom come. Your will be done on earth as it is in heaven" Matthew 6:9,10.

I have had a normal day. I expect to have a normal day tomorrow. Praise the Lord for normal!

I have done nothing this afternoon exciting. I watched a TV show I taped last week this afternoon. I am too out of it today to read my books. I cooked hamburgers and turkey burgers earlier. That was fun. Carol works tonight so she is sleeping. I thought about taking a nap, but decided to stay up since I sleep better if I have not taken a nap during the day. I like to go to bed and immediately fall asleep.

Tomorrow I volunteer at the Herrick District Public Library used books store from 10 AM till 1 PM. I should mow the lawn tomorrow afternoon. I do not enjoy mowing our grass/lawn.

Well. I can not think of anything else to report right now so I will close to sit and wait out history.

"[1] Wherefore seeing we also are compassed about with so great a cloud of witnesses, let us lay aside every weight, and the sin which doth so easily beset us, and let us run with patience the race that is set before us,
[2] Looking unto Jesus the author and finisher of our faith; who for the joy that was set before him endured the cross, despising the shame, and is set down at the right hand of the throne of God.
[3] For consider him that endured such contradiction of sinners against himself, lest ye be wearied and faint in your minds.
[4] Ye have not yet resisted unto blood, striving against sin." Hebrews 12:1-4
