the place of dead roads

It is 1:06 PM Wednesday afternoon. I did leave the house this morning to visit thrift stores to search for used books to ADD to our library. I found these used books this morning-

"The Place Of Dead Roads" a novel by William S. Burroughs (I collect the writings of Burroughs along with the writings of Allen Ginsberg and Jack Kerouac.)

"Germans: Biography Of An Obsession" by George Bailey

"Motherless Brooklyn" a novel by Jonathan Lethem (I am reading right now a book of essays by Lethem titled, "The Ecstasy of Influence".)

M The Man Who Became Caravaggio" biography by Peter Robb

"Jesus Of Nazareth King of the Jews: A Jewish Life And The Emergence Of Christianity" New Testament Studies/Historical Jesus by Paula Fredriksen (I have in our library another book by Fredriksen titled, "From Jesus to Christ: The Origins Of The New Testament Images of Jesus".)

The day thus far goes by normal. The sun is shining but very cold outside. I will close to brush my teeth and take a nap. Existence keeps gasping for air.
