When I drove up into our driveway I spotted a hawk perched on our neighbor's rail fence, so I grabbed a camera and took some pictures of him. I turned off the engine of our car to watch this hawk and take pictures. I was wondering why he had not flown off when I drove up. Then I noticed when I small bird flew into a bush on the edge of our house/garage door the hawk took off and landed on top of the bush seeking to get the bird. The hawk failed to catch the bird and flew off.
