the decay of the traditional party system

It is now in the time flow 12:51 PM Saturday afternoon. I am home early from the library book nook because my replacement came an hour early. So I left and headed home, but before arriving home I stopped at a near by thrift store to look at their used books. I bought three used books from this thrift shop today-

"On The Road" a novel by Jack Kerouac

"Americanah" a novel by Chimamanda Ngozi Adichie

"The Sportswriter" a novel by Richard Ford

I bought home from the library book nook ONE used book titled, "The Goldfinch" a novel by Donna Tartt.

The book nook was not busy today so I basically wandered the store and read from a book titled, "The Imperial Presidency" by Arthur M. Schlesinger Jr..

When I got home this afternoon I ate lunch and then wrote in my paper diary. Existence keeps decaying.

I do not know what I will do next to keep myself awake this afternoon. I could read or I could sit and watch the wheels spin inside my head. Carol is out celebrating her birthday with two friends this afternoon. I do not know when I will see her again. Everything is uncertain in this fallen world.

Well I will close to watch the birds and count our blessings one by one. I am thankful we can afford dental care.
