I have had thus far a normal day. I got up this morning around 7 o'clock AM and decided to go back to bed down here where it was cold and dark (our bedroom was hot this morning). I got up around 8:45 AM to find Carol getting up to face existence.
I left the house to volunteer at the local library book nook around 10 o'clock AM. The book nook was not busy, so I read till it was time for me to leave which was around 1 o'clock PM when another book nook volunteer showed up to take my place. When I got home I ate lunch and then decided to take a nap. I got up from a nap around 3:10 PM and now it is 4:12 PM. So my American life slowly flows by. Here today and gone tomorrow.
Today I have been reading or have read, "The Complete Works Of Isaac Babel" Edited by Nathalie Babel Translated by Peter Constantine.
I did not find anything at the book nook today to bring home to add to our library. Sometimes one comes up empty handed.
Last night I read from a book titled, "The Shadow Of The Sun" by Ryszard Kapuscinski and watched television. I went to bed around midnight.
Well not much else to report. There is nothing pressing on my mind today. I will close to face the coming darkness.
