It is 2:59 PM Monday afternoon. It has been a quiet day thus far for me. Carol is sleeping because she works tonight. I have been wandering the house and reading a used book I found this morning at a thrift store titled, "Wild Mind: Living The Writer's Life" by Natalie Goldberg. I also found these two used books while visiting thrift stores this morning.

"The Ice Storm" a novel by Rick Moody

"Almost" a novel by Elizabeth Benedict

I did do a little yard work this afternoon. Well I will close to drift. No way out.
