I have to leave here around 9:25 AM to take Rudy our dog to the Vet for his wellness check up and to get his yearly shots. My wife left this morning to have breakfast with one of her nieces.
I got up this morning around 7:20 AM. I messed with our main computer after getting a cup of coffee. Carol soaked her feet and I fixed myself breakfast. After breakfast I wrote in my paper diary and fed our birds. So goes existence.
Last night I read "A Fanatic Heart: Selected Stories Of Edna O'Brien" and watched television.
I started reading last night, "Five Skies" a novel by Ron Carlson.
Bethany has not had her baby. Carol and I keep waiting for a telephone call from Andy telling us of the birth of our first grandchild.
There is nothing pressing on my mind right now. The News makes me sad of heart these days. All around us is profound sadness. All we can do is pray.
Well I will close to go through this day. It is suppose to get up to 48 degrees today.
