times moves within eternity

It is in the death flow 9:43 AM Wednesday morning here in West Michigan. Outside the sun is shining and the birds are singing. Spring is slowly coming here once again. We should thankful for the changing of the seasons because one day the earth will be a vast wasteland.

I got up this morning around 6:45 AM. Carol left for the Grand Rapids Airport this morning around 4 o'clock AM. I got up to kiss her good-bye and then went back to bed. Hopefully next week Carol be home once again.

This morning when I got up I made myself a portion of oatmeal for breakfast and messed with our main computer. I expect Carol to call me when she lands in Denver Colorado this afternoon. After I messed with our main computer I wrote in my paper diary and then made a video for my Booktube channel.

I have nothing to do today but wait for it to happen.

Last night Carol and I watched television. Carol went to bed early and I stayed up. I went to bed around 11 o'clock PM last night. Before going to bed I read some more of the novel, 'The Future Won't Be Long' by Jarett Koberk. I also read yesterday from this book, 'The Diaries of Emilio Renzi-Formative Years' by Ricardo Piglia Translated by Robert Croll.

This morning I have been reading from a new book that I received in the mail yesterday titled, 'Paul: A Biography' by N. T. Wright. The last book I read by N.T. Wright was titled, 'The Day The Revolution Began: Reconsidering the Meaning of Jesus's Crucifixion. I also have read in the past these books by N. T. Wright-

'The Climax of the Covenant: Christ and the Law in Pauline Theology' by N. T. Wright

'The New Testament And The People Of God' [Christian Origins and the Question of God: Volume 1] by N.T. Wright

'Jesus And The Victory Of God' [Christian Origins and the Question of God: Volume 2] by N.T. Wright

So the morning goes by. I am not sure what I will do this morning. I should go for a walk and take photos someplace. I will close. Carol just called she is in Denver and on the way to Bethany's house.

"[1] And you hath he quickened, who were dead in trespasses and sins;
[2] Wherein in time past ye walked according to the course of this world, according to the prince of the power of the air, the spirit that now worketh in the children of disobedience:
[3] Among whom also we all had our conversation in times past in the lusts of our flesh, fulfilling the desires of the flesh and of the mind; and were by nature the children of wrath, even as others.
[4] But God, who is rich in mercy, for his great love wherewith he loved us,
[5] Even when we were dead in sins, hath quickened us together with Christ, (by grace ye are saved;)
[6] And hath raised us up together, and made us sit together in heavenly places in Christ Jesus
:
[7] That in the ages to come he might shew the exceeding riches of his grace in his kindness toward us through Christ Jesus.
[8] For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God:
[9] Not of works, lest any man should boast.
[10] For we are his workmanship, created in Christ Jesus unto good works, which God hath before ordained that we should walk in them." Ephesians 2:1-1o

After visiting thrift stores north of town I drove home. When I got home I ate lunch and then cataloged the used books I bought today into my LibraryThing site.

the Apostle Paul

It is now in the ongoing death flow 7:26 PM Wednesday evening. It is now dark outside and one can see there is still a moon in the night sky. Someday there will be no moon or sun in the sky.

I have been gathering my books on the life and theology of the Apostle Paul to show in a video tomorrow morning. I have been reading the life and theology of the Apostle Paul since my seminary days. I really go into the theology of the Apostle Paul when I studied for many years his Epistle to the Romans and his Epistle to the Galatians. Once you really hear the teachings of the Apostle Paul you can't embrace with a whole heart and mind classical Reformed covenant theology as set forth my the 17th century English Puritans.

Here is a list of the books on the Apostle Paul that I have next to me to show the world tomorrow in a Booktube video-

'Rediscovering Paul: An Introduction to His World, Letters, and Theology' by David B. Capes, Rodney Reeves and E. Randolph Richards

'Paul: A Biography' by N.T. Wright

'Paul And The Faithfulness Of God'Book 1 Parts I And II by N.T. Wright

'Paul And The Faithfulness of God' Book 2 Parts III And IV by N.T. Wright

'Paul Apostle Of God's Glory In Christ: A Pauline Theology' by Thomas R. Schreiner

'Apostle Paul: His Life and Theology' by Udo Schnelle (M. Eugene Boring, translator)

'Paul, Apostle of Liberty: The Origin and Nature of Paul's Christianity' by Richard N. Longenecker

'Paul's Narrative Thought World: The Tapestry of Tragedy and Triumph' by Ben Witherington, III

'Paul the Convert: The Apostolate and Apostasy of Saul the Pharisee' by Alan F. Segal

'Paul The Apostle: The Triumph of God in Life and Thought' by J. Christiaan Beker

'The Theology of Paul the Apostle' by James D. G. Dunn

'Paul: An Outline of His Theology' by Herman Ridderbos

'Paul Apostle of the Heart Set Free' by F.F. Bruce

I have more books on the life and teachings of the Apostle Paul, but these will do for my upcoming Booktube video.

Not much happened today. I mainly read my books and waited out existence in a dead sin cursed world. This evening I plan to read and go to bed early. I put in storage my February 2018 Diary. I am sure my February 2018 Diary will never be read or see the light of day again. What I should do is get rid of all my books except a few and destroyed any trace of my existence. I am nothing but a speck floating in cosmic nothingness.

Well time to shut down the cage and wait for the first day of March to come crashing into my hermit hut.
