a reading experience

It is in the death flow 7:21 AM Saturday morning. It looks like it is going to be a sunny day.

I got up this morning around 7:15 AM. I got made a pot of coffee and then messed with our main computer. After messing with our main computer I wrote in my paper diary. Now I am writing in my online diaries. Existence keeps decaying.

This morning as usual I volunteer for a couple of hours at the Herrick District Public Library used books store. After volunteering I might visit thrift stores to look for used books to add to our library.

Last night I watched a documentary on the history of Jazz and read some more of the novel, "Lovers At The Chameleon Club, Paris 1932" A Novel by Francine Prose.

Not much else to report this morning. I will close to drift.

It is in the flow 1:49 PM Saturday afternoon Eastern Standard Time. It is a sunny day here by Lake Michigan. I am home from the library used books store. It was not busy today, so I wandered the store and read my books. I brought home these used books bought at the book nook to add to our library-

"Rome 1300 On The Path Of The Pilgrim" by Herbert L. Kessler & Johanna Zacharias

"Modern Art 1851-1929: Capitalism and Representation" by Richard R. Brettell

"The Faraway Nearby" autobiography by Rebecca Solnit (I have another book by Rebecca Solnit in our library titled, "River Of Shadows The Technological Wild West".)

"Abarat" horror fantasy by Clive Barker

"Abarat: Days Of Magic, Nights Of War" horror fantasy by Clive Barker

"Abarat: Absolute Midnight" horror fantasy by Clive Barker

"Books Of Blood" Volumes One To Three" horror fantasy by Clive Barker

"City of Veils" a novel by Zoe Ferraris (I have two other novels by Zoe Ferraris in our library, "Finding Nouf" and "Kingdom Strangers".)

When I got home I cataloged the used books I bought today and now I am writing here in LiveJournal. I am tired so I will close to drift.

Paris was a woman

It is in the flow 8:39 PM Saturday night. I am alone. It is too early to go to bed. I have been wandering my cage. I am listening to some heavy metal music to cheer me up.

I am not in the mood to watch television these days. I rather read my books or just do nothing at night. Carol is at work tonight. Hopefully we went meet up tomorrow morning.

I failed to mentioned earlier what I read while volunteering at the library used books store. I read a new book titled, "The Fourfold Gospel: A Theological Reading of the New Testament Portraits of Jesus" by Francis Watson.

This evening while searching for some books down in the lower level I came across another book on Paris, France titled, "Paris Was A Woman: Portraits From The Left Bank" by Andrea Weiss. I have been looking at this book this evening when sitting down.

I have these books to read tonight if I can find the energy-

"Paris Was A Woman: Portraits From The Left Bank" by Andrea Weiss

"Lovers At The Chameleon Club, Paris 1932" a novel by Francine Prose

"The Other Paris" by Luc Sante

"Paris Vagabond" by Jean-Paul Clebert

Tomorrow is a Sunday in the flow of salvation history. Existence keeps flowing by. I suppose I will close to face the man in the mirror.
